Here’s what we did today:

1. We had a special schedule for the Holiday Concert performed by the band and chorus.

2. We provided time for study groups to discuss your response to the following questions from the WWI map project:

•What surprised you? Why?

•What confused you? Why?

•What did you find most interesting? Why?

•What did you learn?

Responses should be recorded in a bullet list in your SSEnglish journal.

3. Answers to the WWI Map Project questions 2-7 on white-lined paper were collected.

4. Page numbers were taken today for the nightly reading from December 5-11—60 pages.

Finally,

Dress warmly for tomorrow’s hike; it is going to be cold. Bring lots of layers and warm boots.

Remember, the school store is now open and has for sale, clothing, hats, and water bottles; they all make great presents for Christmas.
