Today in SSinglish, Monday, April 8…

1. We began class with wrap-up notes for A Doll House. Compare your notes with some of the highlight of today’s class notes. Mrs. Peterson talked about a lot today that you should have included in your own, personal notes. Her mini-lecture centered around building the argument that Torvald was not the villain that he appeared to be.

2. Work time was given to all in the PM rotations. Make sure you complete your My Daily Work Plan for Monday (Tuesday is on the back).

3. A mini-lesson on Using MLA format will be given on Wednesday to anyone doing project 2 or 5.

4. Make sure you continue working on your project both in and out of class.

5. Keep working on your West Africa Map Project; the memory and map reading tests will be given on Wednesday, April 10. Use the study tools here to help you with preparing for the memory test. Here’s a blank map of Africa that some of you might find helpful in studying for the memory test.

6. Begin preparing for the memory test on all of Africa coming up on Thursday, April 18.
